Cancellation Policy
Appointments are scheduled after a service quote has been reviewed and approved. To respect both the specialist's time and other customers awaiting service, the following cancellation policy applies. CANCELLATIONS or RESCHEDULING Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Please provide a business days' notice so that the appointment time can be reallocated. DEPOSITS A $50 deposit is required to reserve the appointment and will be applied toward the final service total at the completion of the repair. Deposits may be forfeited for missed appointments, same-day cancellations, or if the specialist arrives and the vehicle is unavailable or inaccessible for service. LATE ARRIVALS or VEHICLE UNAVAILABILITY If the vehicle is not present, accessible, or safe to service at the scheduled time and location, the appointment may be cancelled, and any required deposit may be forfeited. RESCHEDULING DUE TO SAFETY or WEATHER In rare cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, location restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent safe service. If this occurs, the specialist will work with the customer to schedule a new service time as soon as possible.
