Service Terms & Policies

Our goal is to provide convenient, transparent mobile brake service. The following policies help ensure safe service, clear expectations, and a positive experience for all customers.


Service Overview

Services are performed by appointment after a quote has been reviewed and approved. Pricing ranges listed on the website reflect estimated labor costs and may vary depending on vehicle make, model, and brake system configuration.

Final pricing is confirmed once vehicle details and service needs are reviewed.


Parts Policy & Warranty Disclaimer

Customers may choose to supply their own parts or request that the technician source parts on their behalf.

Parts supplied by the customer will be installed as requested; however, the technician cannot guarantee the quality, compatibility, or performance of customer-supplied parts. Any manufacturer warranty associated with those parts must be handled directly with the parts supplier or manufacturer.

Parts sourced by the technician may be covered by applicable supplier or manufacturer warranties, which vary depending on the parts used.


Service Location Requirements

Mobile service is available at homes or approved workplace locations.

Workplace service is only available in areas that permit vehicle maintenance and are accessible to the technician. Some employers or property management policies may restrict on-site vehicle repairs.

Customers are responsible for confirming that service is permitted at the selected location.

The service location must provide:

  • Reasonably level ground

  • Adequate space around the vehicle

  • Safe working conditions for the technician

If the work area is unsafe or inaccessible, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.


Weather & Safety Conditions

Mobile service is subject to safe working conditions. Appointments may be delayed, relocated, or rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe ground conditions, poor lighting, or other environmental factors that prevent safe service.

If weather or safety concerns arise, the technician will work with the customer to reschedule the appointment as soon as possible.


Seized or Rusted Brake Components

Vehicles exposed to rust, corrosion, or long-term wear may have brake components that are severely seized or difficult to remove.

While every effort is made to complete service efficiently, additional time or repairs may occasionally be required. If severely seized components prevent safe removal or installation, the technician will discuss available options with the customer before proceeding.


Pre-Existing Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

Vehicles may have pre-existing wear, rust, corrosion, or prior repair damage that may not be visible before service begins.

While every effort is made to perform repairs carefully and professionally, the technician cannot be responsible for issues resulting from previous damage, rusted hardware, or previously modified brake components that become apparent during service.

If additional concerns are discovered during the repair process, work will be paused and the customer will be notified before continuing.

Wheel Stud & Lug Nut Condition

Wheel studs and lug nuts may sometimes be over-torqued, rusted, cross-threaded, or previously damaged by prior service providers.

During removal, weakened studs or lug nuts may break or strip due to these existing conditions. If this occurs, additional repair may be required and will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.


Appointment Deposits

In some cases, a deposit may be required to reserve a service appointment. Any required deposit will be applied toward the final service total upon completion of the repair.

Deposit requirements will be communicated during the quote approval process.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment with advance notice. Whenever possible, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the appointment time can be made available to another customer.

Deposits may be forfeited in the event of a missed appointment, same-day cancellation, or if the technician arrives and the vehicle is unavailable or inaccessible for service.

If an appointment must be rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions, the technician will coordinate a new service time with the customer.


Agreement to Terms

By approving a service estimate or quote, or scheduling an appointment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Service Terms & Policies.
